 I can see you want to choose a hobby for yourself for coming here. Before I proceed to unleash the 20 interesting hobbies I want to discuss on this post I would want us to first know the meaning of a hobby and why everyone should have a hobby. 


WHAT IS A HOBBY? 

A Hobby is any fun activity or activities one does in one's spare time. Anything you do that you enjoy doing almost every single day and you never get tired of doing it is called a Hobby. 

Most importantly, hobbies can pave way for one to be successful in life, it can open many doors to success, it can be turned and seen as a gift and you know that a man's gift maketh a way for him. Hobbies widens creativity and can connect you with great people all over the world whom might be of help to someday. 


HOW MANY HOBBY/HOBBIES CAN A PERSON HAVE? 

A person can have many hobbies 1,2,3 but I would suggest you just have 3 hobbies as long as ; 

1. At least one fetch you money

2. One makes you creative 

3. And at least one to keep you fit. 

There is no limit to the numbers of hobbies a single person can possess.

1. RUNNING


Running is also an hobby you might not notice that you enjoy running or racing someone and each time you run you derive a happy feeling within you.

Bowling is a game that can be played indoor or outdoor, it involves rolling a ball down a passageway aiming to knock down groups of ten-pins. Lots of people enjoy bowling it is also an hobby.

Traveling is a fun stuff to do, since it is known for a journey mostly for pleasure with belonging moving from one place to another it is a hobby.

Just like I enjoy dropping post on this blog, I also write tech related posts on my other blog, writing is fun, most people tend to write just to express themselves, writing helps introverts and those afraid to express themselves in the outside world. You can write articles, posts, journal etc.


5. PLAYING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS


Playing of a musical instrument like violin, the keyboard, trumpet or saxophone makes one happy, you can make it your hobby.


6. LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES


When you learn and study a foreign language, you are beginning to develop your brain and this is going to prepare you for multiple jobs abroad. You can start learning multiple languages all for free with just one app installed to your phone which is called " DUOLINGO ".


7. PAINTING or DRAWING


Painting and drawing helps one become active and connected to one's environment. This hobby helps beat down depression and negative thoughts.


8. PHOTOGRAPHY


If you love art and painting or drawing isn't your thing, photography is one great chance you got with tons of digital camera and even with one's phone photography is a hobby!.


9. GAMING


Wow playing games is so much fun especially Multi-player games whereby you play with your friends and family probably as a team or competition.

Men would forever want to save and grow their money which is why they love to invest it.

The thirst to learn new things everyday is fun, it helps you educationally, mentally, socially and in every aspect of your life.

Keeping updated to newly released movies and Watching of movies is also a interesting hobbies for both men and women, especially movies in Romance, Adventure, Action and Comedy genres.

You know, hiking is a social hobby which will involve you to go out on mountain tops, deep forest with mountain bikes or horse riding

In our world today it is interesting to know how to code and program computer this activity can help fetch a good job and good money too.

As a guy it is a hobby to make and publish videos on How Tos and solutions to problems probably a technical problem and to enlighten people with your videos.

In each and every one of us everyday lifes we need to exhibit some good habits that would be of great benefits and values to our health so I prepared about 8 habits for our everyday life to achieve a healthy living day by day as this habits should be put into practice at least once a week for some of us that work from Monday to Friday, so we can make use of Saturday to undergo this habits but if you fall on this category whereby there might be no chance to put all of this 8 habits into practice so you simply just do the ones that won't consume much time and some which you can do while at work in your break period.


But for some of us that don't work probably retired yes you have all day to yourselves so ensure you try to daily exhibit this habits. Mind you all, this 8 habits for a healthy living should start from morning just when you wake up from sleep

1. TAKE YOUR BREAKFAST


I don't know if you have ever heard this before but believe me when I say Breakfast is the best meal no mortal should miss. Breakfast helps prepare adults for the day especially at their place of work, and for young people breakfast help them sound educationally and for the whole day energy. You should try to eat something in the morning before leaving home or not even if it just fruits or some loafs of bread with tea, it not necessary to be a full plate meal. Everyone needs the energy, happiness and metabolic alright for the day activities.


2. TABLE YOUR MEALS


What I mean to table your meal is set the kinds of meal you wish to eat, the right time you wish to eat some specific meals, the ideal meals you need for your desired body type [ e.g meals to get fat, meals to loose weight or meals to build up your body ]. Tabling your meals will surely save you time, money and less thoughts on what to eat. Just make sure you have a complete balance diet meal you can contact a dietician for help on that. So in the cause of doing all of this, you won't want to consume the meals not ideal for you. 


3. DRINK ENOUGH WATER


Keep the habit of drinking enough water, drinking enough water prevents dehydration whereby you won't loose liquid below normal level which may cause illness and sweating from your body as a result of not much intake of water. Another importance of drinking water is it helps you loose weight.
