8 HABITS FOR EVERYDAY HEALTHY LIVING

 


In each and every one of us everyday lifes we need to exhibit some good habits that would be of great benefits and values to our health so I prepared about 8 habits for our everyday life to achieve a healthy living day by day as this habits should be put into practice at least once a week for some of us that work from Monday to Friday, so we can make use of Saturday to undergo this habits but if you fall on this category whereby there might be no chance to put all of this 8 habits into practice so you simply just do the ones that won't consume much time and some which you can do while at work in your break period.


But for some of us that don't work probably retired yes you have all day to yourselves so ensure you try to daily exhibit this habits. Mind you all, this 8 habits for a healthy living should start from morning just when you wake up from sleep


8 HABITS FOR EVERYDAY HEALTHY LIVING


1. TAKE YOUR BREAKFAST


I don't know if you have ever heard this before but believe me when I say Breakfast is the best meal no mortal should miss. Breakfast helps prepare adults for the day especially at their place of work, and for young people breakfast help them sound educationally and for the whole day energy. You should try to eat something in the morning before leaving home or not even if it just fruits or some loafs of bread with tea, it not necessary to be a full plate meal. Everyone needs the energy, happiness and metabolic alright for the day activities.


2. TABLE YOUR MEALS


What I mean to table your meal is set the kinds of meal you wish to eat, the right time you wish to eat some specific meals, the ideal meals you need for your desired body type [ e.g meals to get fat, meals to loose weight or meals to build up your body ]. Tabling your meals will surely save you time, money and less thoughts on what to eat. Just make sure you have a complete balance diet meal you can contact a dietician for help on that. So in the cause of doing all of this, you won't want to consume the meals not ideal for you. 


3. DRINK ENOUGH WATER


Keep the habit of drinking enough water, drinking enough water prevents dehydration whereby you won't loose liquid below normal level which may cause illness and sweating from your body as a result of not much intake of water. Another importance of drinking water is it helps you loose weight.


4. EXERCISE YOUR BODY


Engage your body into different exercises like jogging early in the morning, stretching and playing some sports too, sports are exercises too, maybe playing basketball, football, volleyball or golf. Just endeavor to keep that beautiful body shaking and alive.


5. STUDY AND PRACTICE NEW THINGS


Everyday of your life, you should try to learn something new, don't just stay and know the old things you already know it kills the brain, take your time to acquire and find out something good that you never know before and it's something that's going to help you or someone you know anyway or the other. Knowing new things boosts your mental attitudes and signals the whole body to be creative.


6. ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD SLEEP


Early to bed, Early to rise in the morning to resume your journey for the day so did they say which is true. Do you know a good sleep prolongs calmness, peace of mind, relaxation, puts you into good mood and help keep your whole body in a right state, a good sleep is just like a peaceful way of rebooting a human being so they can perform positively when they wake. Not having a good sleep has been recorded as symptom of some mental disorders. 


7. GO OUT AND SPEND TIMES WITH LOVED ONES


Going outside to meet people both old and new people is essential you need that, humans needs interaction with one another to keep themselves alive and their mental state functioning. Spend quality time with love ones, your friends and neighbors doing things together and sharing memories with them. 


8. AVOID SMOKING


Believe it or not, smoking is injurious to our health and it can damage every part of the body. Smoking involves inhaling of burnt substance that finds it way to the bloodstream, just know this now, the inner part of the human body hates burns or smokes they are too toxic for the body and can cause serious health diseases and might result to death.
