2. PAY ATTENTION TO THE WORLD AROUND YOU NOT TO YOUR GADGETS


Pay good attention to everything and everyone around you, you have to drop your mobile phones and computers this time but spend time with your environment, friends and family and nature. Doing this will keep your mind calm and give you inner peace. 


3. QUIT NEGATIVE SELF-TALKS

You don't have to be afraid all you just have to compose is a little bit of positive words.

Hugs illustrate love to whoever gets it and whomever one gets it. Hug is an affectionate embrace it tells and helps in different times and situations.

Prepare and list out beautiful and mind blowing places you will love to visit, plan a vacation to places that would always give you a happy face each time you remember them, see that you focus on this plans and execute it.

You should have a pet maybe a dog or a cat. For some people their pets turn out to be their best friends, lover and even life saver. Petting your own pet can calm your blood pressure when high.
