I will give a brief meaning of what exercise means, Exercise is any physical action done for pleasure or entertainment planned to improve one's strength and fitness. According to Wikipedia, Exercise is carried out and performed for numerous reasons like for growth, improving strength, weight loss, preventing aging, developing muscles and improving health.
